FlickrMeet at PSU?

As I was taking a break from my research work ( translation: as i was procrastinating endlessly ) I decided to check and see news from the world of photography ( translation: look on the FlickrBlog ). I saw they had upcoming events on FlickrMeet, and I searched and couldn’t find anything on PSU or State College. So, I decided to take their advice and just make one. So i did, a FlickrMeet for April 2nd at 4 o’clock at the HUB. These details are all tentative, so its nothing set in stone. But at least we’re getting the ball rolling.
just found your link on the flickr blog page…but what exactly IS a flickr meetup?

sorry for the wait. It’s basically people that have a passion for photography, usually, but not always, have a flickr account, that get together, take pictures, exchange info, etc. It’s a great opportunity to do studies of different locales. Like, in this case, the UP campus. All are invited, it’s free, and you get stickers and pins and stuff!
